Frequently Asked Questions

Is Ashtanga yoga suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! All levels are welcome in my classes. I provide modifications and options to make the practice accessible for everyone, whether you're brand new to yoga or have years of experience.

What should I bring to class?

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Mats are usually available at the studio if you don't have your own.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, please book through the Grace & Glow website to secure your spot. Classes can fill up, especially during peak times.

What makes Ashtanga different from other yoga styles?

Ashtanga follows a set sequence of postures synchronized with breath. This structure allows you to develop a deep, meditative practice as you become familiar with the sequence. It's dynamic, builds strength and flexibility, and offers a moving meditation.
